Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If the item was defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons (like wrong size or accidental order), return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Replacements

  • If you prefer, we can send you a replacement product instead of a refund for damaged or wrong deliveries.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used cleaning products
